Challenge
Anthony is the designer and manufacturer of refrigerator and freezer doors found in most super markets and big box stores with manufacturing plants in CA and GA. •High turnover at the operator level, leading to inconsistent quality. •Anthony wanted training that addressed the basic skill set a new operator needed

Challenge
Century 21 updated its sales training from a traditional sales methodology to an innovative consultative sales approach. •The audience was 20,000 new sales associates who went through the training every year. •22 geographical regions designated facilitators to teach the new program, 21 Plus.
